  • How can I find the right size for my appear?

    If you want to be sure about the size of your apparel items, then please refer to the YAMAHA standard of sizes.

  • What about damaged or defective Goods

    You should inspect the goods for defects or damage when you receive them. If you find that they are already defective or damaged, you should tell us without delay using the contact details. If you would still like to receive the goods you can reorder the items.

  • Can I cancel my order?

    You may cancel orders via our web shop at any time before your order is dispatched (i.e. prior to 22:00 CET the day the order was confirmed). Once the order has been dispatched, you have the right to withdraw and return the goods to us within 14 days after the products have been delivered to you (beginning on the day that you received the products).     Please note that this right to cancel does not apply to orders for personalised, made to measure, custom made or perishable goods.
