As for my Kando story...

For as long as I can remember, I’ve been a travel addict. I guess it’s thanks to my parents who have always wanted to show me as much of the world as possible. And because of this constant curiosity and willingness to see new places, meet new people, learn about their cultures and different point of views, I've been following my two biggest passions – sailing and motorcycles.

I’ve been sailing since I was 10 – from small sport boats and dinghies to catamarans and huge yachts, from tiny lakes to endless oceans, from simply having fun to races, storms and fighting for life…name whatever comes to your mind – I’ve probably been there & done that! I can't imagine my life without it.

My story with motorcycles is a bit different from the one above. I’m in love with motorcycles since I was a little girl and no one knows why. I used to have lots of tiny motorcycle models in my room, big posters on the walls and this huge dream in my head to have one of them for my own one day! But it wasn’t until 3 years ago that I started my motorcycle journey for real, when I finally bought my first bike. Obviously, I was crazy about it! And my family finally realized that I wasn't joking for all these years!

It is not about commuting or getting somewhere specific. It is this feeling of freedom and pure happiness that makes me fall in love with riding and sailing (and all other water sports including kitesurfing, wakeboarding and so on) every single time I have such opportunity. Moreover, thanks to that, I've met lots of inspiring, passionate people who taught me more than I could've ever asked for.

So when I finally joined Yamaha almost a year ago, I couldn’t believe it was true. Not only can I be a part of this amazing team, but I can also combine my work with what I love, what I understand best and what I believe in. It’s both exciting and satisfying every day. I guess I'm living the dream now! For me just simply being a part of it all is pure Kando.
