Why do I need to select a dealer even though I opted for home delivery?
Currently for every online order, regardless of the ordered product and regardless of delivery at home or pick up at a dealer, a dealer will need to be selected. This dealer will take care of the service and warranty of your ordered products.
Why can’t I add products from different categories to my shopping cart?
You will need to select a dealer for service and warranty with every order. As dealers are usually specialized in specific categories (e.g. motorcycles or marine) they can not offer service nor warranty for products from a category that they themselves don’t sell. At the moment it is not possible to select a dealer per product which means that separate orders will need to be placed.
How do I know if my order was successful?
As soon as we have received your order, a written order confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided. Generally, the order confirmation will be with you within a few minutes. If you haven’t received an order confirmation then please contact our customer support.
Can I change or cancel my order
Unfortunately, this is not possible. Once you finalized your order in our online store the order is immediately sent to our warehouse to be picked up. Due to our streamlined processes, it won’t be possible to reverse an order once it’s in the picking process. If you’d wish to return your order you can do so within 14 days after the delivery of your order.
Can I also buy the Yamaha eBikes offline?
Yamaha eBikes can only be purchased via our online store. However, you can visit your local dealer to see the eBike and make a test ride. Your local dealer will be able to answer any questions that you might have regarding the product and he can assist you with placing an order.
Can I pay by invoice, bank transfer or payment on delivery?
This is not possible. We offer various online payment options including debit and credit cards.
What payment options do I have on the website?

Yamaha prices
The prices indicated in our online store all include VAT. Prices are excluding delivery costs which will automatically be added to The shopping cart total, depending on the chosen delivery type and the total amount of products in your shopping cart.
I lost my invoice, can I receive a new one?
When you have purchased as a guest user, you will not be able to receive a new invoice. In case you are a registered user, the invoice will be available through MyYamaha.
