How much time do you have to revoke the purchase agreement?
You have a legal right to withdraw from the purchase agreement. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date on which you have received all the products of your order. This means that you can revoke the purchase agreement within this period without giving any reason. You will not have to wait until you have received your (full) order.
How do you exercise your right of withdrawal?
If you wish to return a product, please inform us of your decision to withdraw from the purchase agreement by sending us a clear statement of your decision. It is sufficient if you send your notice of withdrawal before the expiry of the 14-day withdrawal period. You can revoke the purchase agreement in one of the following ways:
You can notify us of your withdrawal via the (free) telephone number, or by sending an email to REPLACE IN CUSTOMER SUPPORT EMAIL (e-com-support-XX@yamaha-motor.eu).You can also use the sample withdrawal form. You can send us this form by email or regular mail. You are not obliged to use the sample form. You can find the sample withdrawal form here and print it. We will then send you a confirmation of your withdrawal by email.
How much time do you have to return the product?
If you have exercised your statutory right of withdrawal, you must return the product within 14 days of the date on which you notify us of your withdrawal from the purchase agreement. You can do this by returning the product to us by regular mail.
What do we reimburse?
We will not charge you any refund costs. This means that we shall bear the shipping costs related to returning the product to us by regular mail.
If you use your right of withdrawal, we also pay the shipping costs you have paid for your initial order (except for the extra costs associated with the delivery if you have chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by us). When you only partially return your order or when your return is incomplete, we do not pay the shipping costs you have paid for your initial order.
When and how do you get your money back?
No later than 14 days after the date on which you have informed us of your decision to withdraw from the purchase agreement – within thewithdrawal period of 14 days –you will receive a refund of your payment from us. We will pay you back through thepayment method used for the original transaction. We can withhold the refund untilwe have received the return of the product from you or, if thatis earlier, until you have provided proof that you have returned or handed in the product.
You are only liable for a reduced value of the product if this is the result of actions other than those necessary to assess the nature, characteristics and operation of the product.

When is it not possible to exercise your right of withdrawal?
The right of return does not apply in the following cases:
• You have consented to the commencement of performance of the agreement during the withdrawal period and have acknowledged that, as a result, you lose the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement.
• The order concerns the delivery of sealed sound recordings or sealed video recordings or sealed computer software of which the seal has been broken after delivery.
• The ordered product is made according to your specifications or the product is clearly custom made (a custom product)
• Due to the nature of the product, the ordered product is inseparably mixed with other objects, such as fuel, after delivery
• Events organised by us (including rental services, catering services and hotel reservations).
Your statutory warranty
If the products do not comply with the terms of the agreement, we will comply with the applicable statutory warranty of conformity of goods. This means that the product must meet the reasonable expectations that you may have as a consumer of the product. The statutory warranty you can expect as a consumer depends on the specific product. The statutory warranty is independent of our contractual warranty of one year, in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions.
