Our technicians, the ones on whom the smooth running and long life of your Yamaha depends, have their own academy to provide customers all over Europe with the same level of high quality service.
The YTA (Yamaha Technical Academy) is a key element in Yamaha’s ongoing commitment towards achieving the highest levels of customer service and satisfaction. Now fully operational in 21 countries throughout Europe, the YTA programme not only trains technicians in every aspect of motorcycle and scooter maintenance, it also teaches Yamaha service staff how to listen carefully to every customer’s requirements and explain the actions and progress on their Yamaha.

We never forget that every customer has a choice bwhen it comes to selecting their preferred supplier for after sales support and servicing. By ensuring that all dealer technicians are regularly trained using the YTA’s constantly evolving training program, Yamaha believes that every customer will appreciate the added value and confidence that comes with having their motorcycle or scooter looked after by an official Yamaha dealer.
Three levels
The YTA training program is split in three levels: YTA Bronze, Silver and Gold.
Brązowy Certyfikat YTA – wymagania dla mechanika:
1) Praca w autoryzowanym serwisie Yamahy na stanowisku mechanika przez co najmniej rok
2) Ukończenie kursu szkoleniowego Yamahy; długość kursu zależy od poziomu kwalifikacji początkowych
3) Wykazanie się odpowiednią znajomością budowy i obsługi silników dwu- i czterosuwowych, komponentów instalacji elektrycznej i podwozia oraz prawidłowego stosowania narzędzi i przyrządów pomiarowych, a także procedur sprawdzających i obsługowych.
Srebrny Certyfikat YTA – wymagania dla mechanika:
1) Praca w autoryzowanym serwisie Yamahy na stanowisku mechanika z Brązowym Certyfikatem YTA przez co najmniej dwa lata
2) Ukończenie pełnego kursu szkoleniowego YTA Silver Yamaha, w tym szkolenia praktycznego w siedzibie Oddziału Yamaha
3) Wykazanie się zaawansowaną znajomością budowy i obsługi silników 2- i 4-suwowych, komponentów instalacji elektrycznej i podwozia oraz podstawową wiedzą w zakresie diagnostyki, określania przyczyn i usuwania usterek elementów produktu.
Złoty Certyfikat YTA – wymagania dla mechanika:
1) Praca w autoryzowanym serwisie Yamahy na stanowisku mechanika ze Srebrnym Certyfikatem YTA przez co najmniej dwa lata (od uzyskania Srebrnego Certyfikatu)
2) Ukończenie pełnego kursu szkoleniowego YTA Gold Yamaha, w tym szkolenia praktycznego w siedzibie Oddziału Yamaha
3) Wykazanie się zaawansowaną znajomością w zakresie systemu diagnostyki Yamahy, określania przyczyn i usuwania usterek elementów produktu oraz umiejętnością kierowania procesem obsługowym wraz z oceną jakości wykonanych napraw.
