  • Which logistic provider delivers my items?

    We work with DPD for delivery. After the items have left the warehouse, you receive confirmation of dispatch by email from DPD. You can find out where your items are at any time through the tracking number given in the email.

  • Order Tracking.

    If you have any questions as to the whereabouts of your order, simply follow the link below and enter the DPD door-to-door freight note number(s) of your order(s) / Parcel Force tracking number.

  • How much does shipping cost?

    For all orders the following shipping cost is charged: EUR 7.50.

    Delivery to your nearby Yamaha dealer is free of charge for transportation costs.

  • Can I send a product as a gift to a specific recipient?

    For this simply enter a delivery address in the Netherlands in addition to your billing address. The invoice goes to your address and the goods are shipped to the delivery address. However, we regret that it is impossible to gift wrap items.

  • Are there extra costs for a split order delivery?

    If one of your products is currently not available or will be delivered in one of multiple boxes , we will send it to you immediately without billing you for any extra shipping costs.
